The Ibanez AFC95-NTF-12-01 is a contemporary hollow-body arch top guitar with floating "magic touch-mini" hum buckers. The tone is balanced, clear, and warm without being muddy in the low end. The ebony neck is a real dream to play as it is smooth with a broken-in feel.
You will note by the pictures showing the side profile of the neck that this guitar seems to have had work done on it. It looks like the neck had a small crack and a replaced nut that took place before I bought this guitar 2nd-hand a few years ago. I have not experienced any trouble with this guitar and the repair seems to be holding up well.
The guitar also is strung with a set of flat wound strings as I originally bought this to be an affordable "jazz box". I'm selling for the simple reason that I haven't had the time to move in that direction and need to downsize my collection.
