El Degas 5 String Banjo 80s - Tobacco Burst

Here we have a vintage 5 string, closed back banjo in excellent, rarely played condition. Mahogany neck and back, rosewood fretboard and arm rest. Nice cream bindings. Virtually unmarked except at the very bottom where the strap connector has slightly scuffed the resonator (see picture). Bright yet mellow sound and nicely set up for an intermediate player. Case for the instrument -New Levy’s backpack style gig bag.
