Physical Condition
This guitar is in good condition, but has been played a bit and shows some wear. These guitars have an extremely thin finish that's prone to dings and wear, and that proves to be the case on this Alvarez. There are some heavy strumming scratches into the finish all around the pickguard and soundhole, as well as a handful of dents and dings on the back of the neck, and some additional bumps here and there elsewhere over the body. There are also some light bumps around the headstock. There are also some scratches on the pickguard and some tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there are a few light scuffs and swirl marks over the body, but solid condition overall. This is an excellent playing and sounding guitar.

Fretwear
This guitar has some light wear on the first few frets. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking. The saddle has been sanded down just about as low as it can be, but the neck still has some relief that could be adjusted out.

Electronics
This guitar has an unknown undersaddle pickup installed. Sounds great.
