Hiwatt amps have a rich history from Pete Towshend and Jimmy Page to present day. It’s no wonder that Noel has employed these amps over his career.
The Hi-Gain 50 is a combo amp that shares many of the same circuit elements as the Custom Range Amps but with an added overdrive circuit.
12AX7 tubes push EL34 power valves with all the thickness in low end and defined presences in the top end that Hiwatt’s are known for. Push-pull switches on the face engage normal and bright settings.
Buyers from outside the UK, please be aware that the power on these pieces are setup for 240 V operation.
