The ES-335 has spent nearly seven decades proving it can play anything, from jazz clubs and blues bars to arena rock stages. The ES Supreme takes that legendary versatility and dresses it in its finest, making this the ES that truly reigns supreme.
It starts with a AAA figured maple top, its deep flame glowing beneath a rich Bourbon Burst nitro finish. Mother-of-pearl Super Split Block inlays run the length of the ebony fretboard, gold hardware adds a touch of class, and a striking mother-of-pearl headstock inlay revives a 1940s design rediscovered in Gibson’s archives. A solid maple centerblock keeps feedback in check while preserving the airy, woody resonance that defines the semi-hollow sound.
The mahogany neck’s Rounded C profile and compound-radius fretboard make chording comfortable down low and bends effortless up high. Under the hood, a Burstbucker Rhythm Pro and Burstbucker Lead Pro deliver everything from warm, vocal cleans to thick, singing overdrive, and push/pull volume pots coil-split both pickups for brighter, single-coil snap. With an aluminum Nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge and stop bar anchoring it all, the ES Supreme ships in a hardshell case and is ready for the stage or the studio.
