The Stalin by Music Man, a sister model that offers incredible value for money.
The Ray4 is a model that makes the Stingray bass even more accessible. It's perfect as a first bass, and it's also priced to be more affordable for those who usually play other instruments.

In addition to its trademark powerful humbucking pickups, it also features active treble/bass preamps that allow for a wide range of sound shaping, delivering a powerful and crisp sound. The neck nut size is a standard 38mm width, the same as a typical JB, and is slimmer than the necks of higher-end models. The neck joint is a robust 6-bolt style, and the neck adjustment mechanism uses a wheel-type truss rod adjuster, and the bridge is mounted in a style that gives it a distinctive look.

There are some minor scratches and light dents, but it is in relatively good condition.
The truss rod has plenty of adjustment range, and the neck is in good condition.
