Here's a fantastic vintage Marshall amp! This Marshall JCM 25/50 model 2550 delivers classic Marshall JCM tones and outputs 50-watts of power, switchable to 25-watts in low output mode. This 1988 model is in very good condition for its age and sounds fantastic.

The JCM 2550 was introduced in 1987 to commemorate Marshall's Silver Jubilee as well as Jim Marshall's 50 years in the music industry. This 1988 model is in the classic black tolex with gold control plate rather than the silver & chrome version of '87.

This amplifier is functioning well and has been inspected by our technician. The valves have been replaced and the new JJ valves (2x El34s & 3x ECC83s) have been biased, the fuse has also been replaced. Our tech has noted that 2 of the original ceramic caps and 3 of the LCRs will likely need replacement in the future. The control knob for the input gain control is also non-original.

A fantastic vintage Marshall amp packed full of tones!
