Here's a 1968 Gibson Hummingbird. Super cool refinished top example, that lies somewhere between a fiesta red and coral finish? There's truly not another one on the planet that looks like it! The guitar features classic Hummingbird appointments: spruce top, mahogany back and sides, Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard, with Kluson Deluxe tuners. As stated, the top has been refinished, while the back and sides have been over sprayed. The headstock finish is original. The bridge has also been changed. The body has some professionally repaired top cracks, along with one repaired side crack. They're all structurally solid and good to go. There's also a repaired/filled output jack. The original ornate Hummingbird (screwed on) pickguard is original to the guitar, and is fully in tact. Tonally the guitar has a powerful, rich, and woody tone. Sounds amazing!! The neck has an easy playing medium C profile. Cool opportunity to snag a one of a kind looking vintage Hummingbird! HSC.
