This is a near-mint 1952 Fender case handle. In beautiful condition. Handle measures 4 and 3/8th inches center of leg to center of leg. YOWZA!! -- SO CLEAN!!! It is the kind of early plastic bakelite-type material used in the early 50's. Has a fantastic vintage vibe. Perfect for early 50's Gibson cases (and even later reissues). Amazing clean condition...see all the detailed pics. Hard to believe it is almost 75 years old!!!
The handle looks black to the naked eye but might be a REALLY dark brown.
People install these on old 50s cases and new reissue cases too!!
Handle comes with gold offset mounting brackets. spinning axles, and 2 sizes of rivets. I can provide the same hardware in nickel if you need that to match your case.

Two options for installation:
1. Use your pre-existing brackets and install the handle using the included axle pins. (Fits those types of brackets that have "spinning" rather than "fixed axles....send me a pic if you are unsure what you have).
2. If you need to use the included brackets: the GOLD offset mounting plates can be turned (reversed) a number of different ways to follow the unique curves of a form-fit guitar case. "OFFSET" hardware can fit a variety of hard-to-fit contours as found on guitar cases. Can be used on any application where you have difficult angles to work with.
