The Fidelity Research FR-101 is a vintage moving magnet (MM) phono cartridge introduced in 1975 by the Japanese audio manufacturer Fidelity Research. It was designed to deliver high-fidelity sound and remains appreciated by vinyl enthusiasts for its clarity and musicality.

We used one of these for our home set-up for many years and absolutely loved it. It is a great listening cart.

Condition

This cartridge and stylus have been used.

This is a Moving Magnet cartridge.

This set up has been tested. It is working well and sounds great!

This set up shows some signs of use and age. The cantilever looks very slightly bent to one side. Please see all photos. There is nothing which detracts from its use or function. This setup tracks very well and sounds great!
