The Fleetwood from the Crossroads series is Stanford's latest LP-style model – a tribute to the classic single-cutaway guitar, featuring a 628 mm scale length, cutaway, set neck, and PAF-style humbuckers. All Fleetwood models are finished with a nitrocellulose lacquer, a rarity in this price range! The Fleetwood has been meticulously crafted, incorporating the extensive experience gained from Maybach guitars. This is evident in its appearance, feel, and, of course, its sound, along with its outstanding playability. The okoume body with a maple top houses an improved resonance system for weight reduction: even the Bigsby version typically weighs under 3.5 kg. The Stanford PAF-style humbuckers deliver vintage-oriented tones of approximately 7.5 kΩ at the neck and 8.5 kΩ at the bridge. The set mahogany neck with its long tenon heel features beautiful double trapezoid inlays on the rosewood fretboard, making the Stanford Fleetwood truly unique.
