TECHNICAL CONDITION
Carefully refurbished and is in excellent technical condition. The original grille and capsule have been preserved, while the internal capsule support damping has been replaced, ensuring stable performance and long-term reliability.
DESIGN & BUILD
The MD 408 N is instantly recognizable for its flexible gooseneck design, allowing precise positioning and easy adjustment. Once set, the gooseneck holds its position securely without sagging, making it ideal for close-miking applications.
On the bottom is a quiet integrated on-off switch and terminating in small 3 pin Tuchel connection.
Built with a rugged metal housing and reinforced grille, the MD 408 N is designed for durability in both studio and live environments. The construction minimizes handling noise and protects the capsule, making it a dependable tool even decades after its release.
SOUND CHARACTER
