Ampeg BB-4 Baby Bass 1965 - a factory Black finished Museum Quality example !

Ampeg made some of the coolest looking and best sounding basses & amps of the 60’s era & innovators in the field with their B-15 “flip top” amp & of course, their upright Baby Bass. This is a very clean & all original example made in their Custom Color Black finish all over. It’s got Ampeg’s famous pickup design that has a perfect Upright tone for that standup player. Its infamous Scroll Headstock design along w/its Violin shaped body are like nothing else at the time…very innovative. They made a Sunburst, White & Foam Green versions but we’ve never seen another Black one this pristine. Its High quality vintage original tuners keep it well in tune & its neck is straight and plays great all the way up and down. It’s complete w/its crazy cool pull out stand & its chrome grab bar over the pickup & knob controls. She’s a Museum Quality example that's exceptionally clean & has some case candy in its original Black Tolex Gig Bag.
