Here for sale we have an ESP LTD EC-201 Electric Guitar in Satin Black finish. Made in Indonesia in 2022, this guitar consists of a Mahogany body, a 3-piece Mahogany neck, and a 24-fret Roasted Jatoba fingerboard. Other appointments include a Tune-o-matic bridge, a Stopbar tailpiece, Black hardware, ESP LTD tuners, and a single ESP LH-150B humbucking pickup. This pickup is wired to a master volume control (push/pull coil split). 

The 3-piece Mahogany neck plays very well, with the Thin 'U' neck shape being particularly comfortable and easy to manoeuvre. The satin finish applied to the neck makes for a slick playing feel underhand, a trait also shared by the Roasted Jatoba fingerboard. Playing comfort is further aided by the 24 Extra Jumbo frets making for both easy bends and minimal effort from the fretting hand.

The ESP LH-150B Humbucker delivers thick, heavy & crushing tones by the bucket-load. This pickup has a searing bite to it, perfect for metal riffing. There is plenty of clarity and definition to be teased out of it, even with the gain cranked to 11. The pickup cleans up nicely too, with shimmery sounds at the ready with subtler amp settings.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition. Light markings are present to the finish, this can be seen on the front face of the bass tuning posts, this is common with Matte finishes.

Neck: Overall very good condition. Chipping of the lacquer finish can be seen to the end of the fingerboard, this has not exposed the wood beneath. The Matte finish to the rear of the neck has been lightly polished to a Gloss texture through regular past use. A finish imperfection is present to the treble side of the neck heel, this is from factory.

Body: Overall very good condition. Light markings are present to all aspects of the finish, this is common with Matte finishes. The Matte finish has lightly polished to a gloss texture in high contact areas, this is most apparent to the rear face consistent with past use of a stand and to the front face treble side of the pickups, this is consistent with past use.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Current Set Up:

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.

Hardware: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the hardware display light signs of past use.

Structural: A slight hump is present to the early register of the fingerboard, this causes slight buzzing to the early frets.

Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
