Up for sale, a 1967 Epiphone Model 100 in excellent condition and in good working order. This amp was made in the same Kalamazoo, Michigan factory as the amps produced by Epiphone's parent company, Gibson. A rare amp to be sure, and essentially the Epiphone equivalent of a Fender Champ, this point to point wired vintage tube amp features a 10" alnico speaker and single EL84 power tube. The tone is very clear and defined, with moderate overdrive when you dime it out, yet this simple circuit retains remarkable note definition no matter where you set the knobs (there are only two knobs and a power switch after all...what could go wrong?).
The blue tolex and chrome accents definitely make for an amp that stands out against the common gray color scheme of most Gibson amps of the era, and cosmetically the amp is in great shape, with only very light wear. Even the original schematic is included! The circuit is 100% original right down to the tubes.
