This is a DAM Ezekiel clone Bass overdrive/distortion with all top jacks and relayed true bypass in a polished and acid etched 1590B2 enclosure. In my opinion, this is the nicest one that I've ever built ( and really should just keep it for myself) High quality components (WIMA capacitors, Aluminum knobs, Lumberg DC & 1/4" jacks). The originals are VERY large, hard to find and quite expensive if you do find one.
