Alvarez 5023 - Vintage - 1975

This Alvarez is in good condition, it has been well loved through the years, it shows a couple of players dings and light scratches from normal use and all are superficial, no structural issues. It was made in Japan 49 years ago. I have had this for a quite some time now and have loved it every moment. I am only selling because something's come up and I must. The things I've upgraded on this guitar are the nut, saddle and bridge pins having them replaced with natural bone counterparts. Action is low but not too low, intonation is balanced. The top is solid spruce, the back and sides are solid rosewood. It has a very rich and warm sound with well mixed treble, very balanced with good volume. Any questions please feel free to ask.
