JD Guitars 2023 CB-1, Compact Bass-1 Solar Flare

The first release from JD Guitars’ new Compact Series, the CB-1 Solar Flare is unique among short-scale basses. Scale length is 28.0” The bound Mahogany body has a 1/4” drop-top of Curley maple with impressive figure , done up in “Solar Flare” finish. (nearly as bright as the sun). The Sapele neck features a bound Rosewood fretboard with mother-of-pearl fret markers. Nut width is 1.5”. Hipshot bridge, Gotoh tuners, EMG pickup ( passive, no battery). One volume, one tone. Weighs 6lbs 2 oz. Ships with gigbag.
