Selmer Mark iV Alto, Serial No. 78196 with a medium bow. Neck and Sax Match Numbers.

Mixed in around the late 70xxx to early 80xxx, there are a small amount of medium bows. These can be measured by looking at the bow rings that are slightly offset by about half of the bow ring. These are very desirable, carrying the warm, deep characteristics of the 5-digits while playing very in-tune. Match that with some original amber lacquer and you've got a gem.

Includes Selmer Tri-pack case that is like new. I believe this is Circa 1959. Bought from a friend's family when he passed away 20+ years ago and he had received it from his Father. Rarely played just waiting for a musician that can appreciate this timeless instrument. Not played much by me as I had a super action and was always scared to take this along.
