One control knob, which increases the amount of input signal to your amp. The signal bandwidth is broadened, bringing out the wonderful, natural tones of your instrument, also cleans up the "MUD" that you can experience sometimes (especially with single coil pickups) and replaces it with a"SPARKLE"! In the original design of this pedal, we used a JFET (transistor). Back at the drawing board, we discovered that the MOSFET(transistor) was like a turbocharger, hence - the Mosfet Clean Boost!
