Overview

The Gibson Southern Jumbo (SJ) Deluxe was a Norlin-era rebranding of the original Southern Jumbo, which technically ended production in 1969. It retained the square shoulders, with a solid Spruce top, Mahogany back/sides/neck and a Rosewood fingerboard with block inlays.

*The earliest specimens from 1970 - 1971 with non-adjustable saddles are worth significantly more.
