It was just the other week that Spector unveiled the Woodstock Custom Collection—11 one-of-a-king basses built by Custom Shop luthiers that are playable works of art. But for 45 years, Spector has been bringing similarly high quality work to its NS body design. Now, with the NS Pulse II, everyone can have such a premium bass.
The NS Pulse II promises clear articulation, no matter your playing style. You can be smooth and fluid or loud and aggressive, and the active EMG pickups and Spector TonePump Jr. preamp offer a fat signal without any noise.
The construction of the bass itself includes a quilted maple top over a swamp ash body. (Your choice of finish in Black Cherry, Black Stain, and Ultra-Violet.) A Macassar Ebony fingerboard with illuminating side dots and a mother-of-pearl inlay tops the three-piece roasted maple neck. And the bass' hardware includes a locking bridge, die-cast tuners, and a graphite nut.
Features, according to Spector, include:
- Quilted maple top over a swamp ash body

- Active EMG Pickups
