This vintage (late 90's) mixer was made in Mackie's factory in Woodinville WA, USA in the late 90s (1999 I think) unlike the later version which are Chinese-manufactured. It is reassuringly chunky and built like a tank!
It is an awesome all-analog 14 input (6 mono + 4 stereo pairs) mixer, which is perfect for live band/DJ use, PA and home recording setups.
This unit is in excellent cosmetic condition. All pots, switches and faders have been cleaned and tested to be working and crackle-free. It comes in the original box and includes a dust cover. This is 230V model and a A UK power cable is included. You can use a "kettle lead" style power cable suitable for your own country, as long as you have 220/240V AC power (i.e. not USA/Canada)
The 1402VLZ feature set is as follows:
- Faders (60mm throw) for all inputs, control room and main mix L+R out.
- 6 Mic/Line channels with 1/4" socket, XLR (with phantom power), gain trim pot, low cut filter button, insert jack socket (TRS) on rear panel
- 4 Stereo line channels with L+R 1/4" line input jacks
- Mute and solo buttons, 3 band EQ, pan pot, 2 aux sends for all channels
- Two aux busses with mono send, stereo return and level pots
- RCA phono connections for stereo tape in/out
- Control Room mix bus with headphone jack
- 12 bar LED VU meters
- Multiple bus routing options
