This 2011 Les Paul Standard is finished in a striking translucent Chicago Blue that beautifully shows off its AAA flamed maple top. If you love the classic Les Paul look but want something built for modern players, this "2008 spec" model is a brilliant choice.
It features a chambered mahogany body that saves your back on stage while adding a nice, open acoustic resonance. The neck is super comfortable, carved to an asymmetrical SlimTaper profile—it's slightly chunkier on the bass side to fit the natural shape of your hand and thins out on the treble side for fast playing.
Plugged in, a pair of Alnico V Burstbucker Pro humbuckers deliver a punchy, aggressive take on classic PAF tones. It’s packed with smart, gigready factory upgrades, including Grover locking tuners, a TonePros locking bridge for better sustain, and a clever Neutrik locking input jack so you never accidentally yank your cable out midset. It's a fantastic, versatile workhorse that looks sharp and plays even better. Includes its original Gibson hardshell case.
