Introduced as a stripped back take on Brian Setzer's celebrated signature model, the Gretsch G6120T-HR Brian Setzer Hot Rod captures the unmistakable look, feel and sound that has made Setzer one of Gretsch's most iconic modern artists. By removing many of the traditional controls and appointments found on a standard 6120, the Hot Rod offers a more direct playing experience while retaining the classic twang, punch and dynamic response that have defined Setzer's rockabilly style for decades.

This 2009 Gretsch G6120T-HR Brian Setzer Hot Rod is finished in timeless Black and comes complete with its original hard case. Built with a laminated flame maple body and maple neck, it is fitted with a pair of Brian Setzer signature TV Jones humbuckers, delivering exceptional clarity, punchy low end and the articulate response these guitars are renowned for. The simplified Hot Rod control layout keeps operation intuitive, while 1959 style trestle bracing enhances resonance and helps reduce feedback at higher volumes. Completing the package is a Bigsby vibrato tailpiece, making this an outstanding example of one of Gretsch's most player focused signature models.
