Rode NT3 condenser microphone modded to defeat the built in upper mid boost - it's a single resistor that gets removed, which makes it a flatter, more transparent and generally useful mic that doesn't have the boosted sibilance of the stock mic.
There's a video on YT of the Rode designer explaining the marketing department wanted a brighter "More Exciting" mic, and explaining how to defeat the boost circuit he added as a result.
The mic itself has been pretty well used with cosmetic marks and a replacement foam filter, but it's in fully working order and has come in handy on drums, acoustic guitar, and vocals. Selling because I'm thinning the herd.
