Here is something rather special. A Hofner 500/1 Violin Bass from 1964. This bass is in great condition for 62 years old. It has a load of lacquer cracking all over the body and neck and has had a repair near the neck pickup. It sounds beautiful and plays as you would expect an old Hofner to play. The jack has been replaced at some point but the rest of the electronics are original. It comes with the original guard as well. It comes with a hardcase but it is not original.
