1967 Epiphone Riviera 12-String – Sunburst

For sale is my Vintage 1967 Epiphone Riviera 12-string in sunburst finish, which I’ve had since 2006. A brilliant sounding and very lovely vintage guitar with loads of unique character and that classic chime you’d expect from a late-60s Riviera.

The guitar has had some modifications by a previous owner including replacement pickups, bridge and pickup changer. You can get a lot of variance in tone, from Ricky sounds to bluesy mids. It really does sing when playing chordal bits, it’s a really full sound. The previous owner had also engraved his initials into the back of the guitar, which could be remedied easily if you were minded to fix.

The serial number is 058848 for you to verify its authenticity.

Overall in great condition for its age with some expected age-related marks and wear, but presents really well and plays nicely. I’ve looked after it in and have had a full service and set up done so it’s sale ready. I will sell it with its vintage Epiphone hard case.
