Built by hand in Sussex, the Ditchling Solo is a stripped-back player's guitar with boutique character. Black Limba, a laminated neck and a single P90 deliver a lively, responsive feel that rewards touch and dynamics. It's a one-off instrument made to be played for years, not another factory guitar.
BODY - Black Limba wings with 3 piece Ash and Wenge centre laminate. Ash and Wenge rear control cavity cover.
NECK - Ash and Wenge 3 piece laminate, with Bloodwood fret board, and Wenge Fret board binding. Wenge dot inlays, and copper rod side dots. 12in radius. Bone Nut.
HARDWARE - Wilkinson Hardtail bridge in Black with Brass compensated saddles, Wilkinson 3 a side machine heads in Black.
PICKUPS - "Solo" Warman Dogs of War P90 in Black.
FRETS - 21 Nickel/Silver.
ELECTRONICS - CTS 500k volume pot, CTS 500k tone pot and 0.022 capacitor, and Switchcraft output jack.
CUSTOM KNOB - the volume and tone knobs are custom made with complementary Black Limba and Wenge.
Will come in a hard foam case (Gear4music)
