This little garden of delights aint only a looker (and aint she pretty) it gives some of the sweetest analog soft clipping going. We made them into patch cables and also a standalone unit. The clipping is nearly invisible at lower settings (we use Logics I/O utility for this) - you can just hear the kick getting a bit crispy up until about 6 DB where everything comes together in the mix beautifully - but you do gain headroom! - look at the progressive saturation image at the end of the video. You can push these guys into pretty severe breakup - but they're mainly for making a mix sound pretty - and little flashing lights in time to the beat look mighty fine! Great on vocals, guitars, acoustic instruments, drums and synths if you want to add a little spice! Balanced jacks in and out - put some real analog on that mix and master bus!
