This is a Voodoo Lab AC power supply, delivering 9V or 12V AC. According to the serial number sticker it was made in 2013. This unit is designed for the UK market, so has a UK plug and is set for a 240V mains supply. I bought it new and have basically never used it - I got it as the supply for a spring reverb pedal that I own but I subsequently bought a new reverb.
