A unique, great-playing electric guitar from a now-defunct local luthier, “Cotton,” featuring neck-through construction and a striking translucent blue flame-style top.

This is not a mass-produced instrument. I haven’t been able to find concrete information online, but it was reportedly purchased from a local artisan in Oxford in the early 2000s.

Key Features

• Neck-through body construction (great sustain and stability)

• Sperzel USA locking tuners

• Dual humbuckers

• Tune-o-matic style bridge

• Volume, tone, and 3-way selector switch

• Comfortable, contoured body design

• Includes fitted hard case

• Very solid overall build quality

Condition

Player-grade condition with visible signs of use:

• Light scratches and small dings from normal playing

• Some wear/oxidation on bridge and hardware

• Fully functional and plays well

Overall, it’s a solid instrument that could benefit from a bit of TLC (clean/setup) to really shine.

(This guitar was inherited from a relative. I’ll do my best to answer any questions, but please note I’m not an expert)
