Yamaha Sa-20, rare sunburst version of this late 1960s semi-acoustic 12-string guitar, in near-perfect condition. It has a few small marks, as is to be expected after all the years this instrument has been around, but they are six very small and non-invasive marks.
Newly fitted steel frets (and steel nut) and a new bone nut made specifically to improve the distance between the pairs of strings and therefore comfort and playability; all the electronics (including the “Balance” potentiometer, whose function can be seen in the diagram in the photo) are in perfect working order.
The guitar has a beautiful, soft and warm sound, yet rich in harmonics.
It is fitted with practically new D'Addario EXL150 (10-46) strings; a new, identical set of spare strings is also provided.
