The official Fender Pure Vintage '63 13 Hole 3 Ply Precision P Bass Scratchplate/Pickguard offers a quick and easy way to change the look of your Bass and is the authentic way to replace worn or missing parts.

Made in the USA, this premium celluloid nitrocellulose finished multi ply pickguard fits most of their vintage style and modern Precision basses. Featuring their 13 mounting hole layout, it has all the routing needed for electronics. It has a truss rod notch at the base of the neck pocket, to make neck regular adjustments easier. The ‘guard is pre-drilled to mount a vintage style thumb rest, so you can maximise the vintage vibe. It would make an excellent replacement for a vintage bass that has a warped, delicate, or crumbling celluloid ‘guard or could bring a new level of sophistication to a modern instrument. Please note, it will not fit left handed or five string Precision Basses. Mounting screws sold separately.
