Powerful MIDI to CV converter that's optimised for 4-voice polyphonic setups.

The A-190-5 is a four voice MIDI/USB-CV/Gate interface, enabling polyphonic playing of your modular system.

For each voice a pitch control voltage (1 volt per octave standard to control VCOs), a gate output (to control envelope generators) and two additional control voltages (CV2, CV3) are available. The two additional CV outputs can be controlled by Midi velocity, volume, modulation, pitch bend, after touch or free assignable Midi controllers.

This module can work in different modes. In the four voice monophonic mode you can control four monophonic voices by four succeeding Midi channels. The four voice polyphonic mode is comparable but you can play it from only one Midi channel. In the two voice polyphonic you can control two monophonic voices by one Midi channel. There is also a mode called unisono where all the voices receive the same control voltages. With this mode, you don’t need multiples to control your four oscillators and VCA’s.

The parameter values are shown in the display and can be edited thanks to the momentary switches.
