1998 Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster Classic Collection.
This guitar is a unique piece of Fender history.
It was part of a very limited run commissioned by Arbiter, the UK Fender distributor and was made when John Page and Vince Cunetto were working at the custom shop. The serial number, ‘CC001’ means it was the prototype that was displayed at NAMM to celebrate Arbiter becoming the new official UK distributed for Fender which means they put a lot into making this beautiful guitar.
2 peice ash body with a slim C profile birdseye maple neck with a rosewood fretboard. The tuners are a locking spretzel / fender style. 2 point synchronised tremolo with vintage style saddles. CS noiseless pickups which really sound incredible. Very few marks (tried to show in pictures) but in brilliant condition given its age.
The volume & control knobs have been changed to an original white set as the one of the original knobs has a crack. These are included along with the original black tolex case.
