Vintage gloss nitro finish

Guildâs reintroduction of the D-50 Standard introduces our new Vintage Gloss nitro finish. This all-new finish is an ultra-thin nitrocellulose lacquer with both satin and gloss qualities that highlight the natural beauty of the tonewoods. With an even smoother texture than the original nitrocellulose satin finish, the Vintage Gloss features a hand-sprayed soft, silky coating that gives each guitar a worn-in vintage feel and tone, with a modern sleek appearance.

Indian rosewood fingerboard and bridge

An Indian Rosewood fingerboard caps the comfortable C-profile Mahogany neck. Premium materials such as an Indian Rosewood bridge, 20:1 open-gear tuners, and a hand-cut bone nut and saddle finish off the D-50 Standard.
