Here for sale we have a PRS SE Bernie Marsden Electric Guitar from 2013 in Vintage Sunburst finish. Made in Korea, this tribute to the Whitesnake guitarists consists of a Mahogany body, a Maple top with Flame Maple Veneer, a Mahogany neck, and a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a PRS Designed Stoptail bridge, Vintage Grommet-style Tuners, and two SE 245 Humbucker Pickups that are wired two independent volumes , a master tone and a three-way pickup selector.

The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the gloss finish to the rear allowing for fluid movement and ergonomic thumb placement up and down the neck. The Rosewood fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers and with its 12" radius offering a nice balance between vintage feel and practicality for string bending. The frets provide a rock-solid playing experience whilst also enhancing string bending and vibrato techniques. The single cutaway body design provides unobstructed access to the higher frets.

The pair of SE 245 humbucker pickups sound thick and raw, with a solid output that pushes the front end of an amp nicely. The neck pickup is full sounding and warm, whilst the midrange is perfectly balanced and easily cuts through any mix. The bridge has a hotter output, it produces a biting tone which easily cuts through the mix for those "Here I Go Again" tones and has a great harmonic register. This guitar offers a wide selection of tones for the player to explore, with the ease of the control layout making adjusting the tone a breeze.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition, the headstock demonstrates light scratching to all aspects visible only under direct lighting at certain angles. 

Neck: Overall excellent condition, it is difficult to discern any markings to the neck and fingerboard. 

Body:  Overall very good condition, a light indentation is apparent to the treble side lower bout of the front face. This cracks the finish slightly but will not worsen through regular use. The rear demonstrates a few very light indentations visible only under direct lighting at certain angles.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Truss Rod Condition: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (7mm socket) not included. 

Hardware Condition: Fully functional with light signs of wear.
