This Selmer MKVI tenor saxophone is a professional model saxophone that is considered to be the ultimate choice in the Selmer saxophone range. This example has been re-lacquered at some point. As can be seen from the photos the saxophone does show signs of wear commensurate with its age having small minor dents, scratches and blemishes on the lacquer. It is supplied with a Selmer crook and Selmer mouthpiece.

The saxophone plays beautifully with a smooth tone as would be expected from an instrument of this quality and has recently been checked over by our in house woodwind technician. It is supplied in a Hiscox Liteflite Pro II case that is in very good condition. The hinges and clasps are all in working order.
