Please Note! I receive many messages from customers wanting to purchase however it says "out of stock" When going to pay. As I am located in Australia, Reverb only allows PayPal to be the Merchant to manage the payment.

A paypal Account is Not Required and Credit card payment is available. They are simply acting as the Merchant.

Our take on the  discontinued vintage TC Booster+ Linedriver & Distortion,

which was used by David Gilmour during the late 1980’s.

"Got my BLD today, nice to finally see a clone. I’m surprised it took so long for someone to make a clone given how many integrated preamp clones there are. Very happy to get it since my original BLD is currently broken.

Only had about half an hour to play around with it, but very impressed. The booster line driver & distortion is one of my favorite pedals, the boost mode is very flexible and also less clinical/sterile than the integrated preamp. The distortion mode with the bass turned up can do a very thick and doomy distortion that I like more than a rat or muff, and the gate is very functional.

I also have one of the ‘classic booster distortion’ pedals that was meant to be a reissue from tc electronic but it falls quite far short of the real deal.

I can’t compare directly until I fix my real BLD, but I like what I hear and it all seems to work just like the original.

I was especially surprised to see an Exar 4741 op amp in there, surely long since discontinued, same op amp as my original. I figure most would have just stuck a TL074 in there, or a pair of ua741’s. Maybe that op amp is integral to the sound.
