The PaulE Drums 'Kajon-E'
There are lots of Cajons on the market but only one 'Kajon-E'! It's unlike anything you've ever seen or heard and it's my personal favourite creation from my PaulE Drums 'The Art Of Percussion' design line. The Kajon-E(formerly known as the 'Kell-E') is handmade by PaulE and it is a hand-held hybrid Cajon and wood head tambourine that is totally unique. It's shaped like a 12" Moon-E tambourine that has one edge of the Baltic Birch ply head unglued to give you the Cajon slap sound. It comes with two jingle posts and two sets of custom hand made jingles(two Bronze and two Stainless Steel) handmade by Matt Nolan Cymbalsmith. The frame of this Kajon-E is a combination of Poplar-Walnut and the head is 1/8" Baltic Birch ply and also comes with a tote carry bag.
This piece of percussive art is appreciated by professional musicians, people who don't play for a living, and also by people who simply think it's so unique that they just have to have one.
