Valeton CH-10 chorus guitar effect pedal.
The Loft series by Valeton was only in production for a short while. (I wish I'd bought the FA-2 clone!!!). I think they may have stopped making them because Boss got upset that they look and sound so much like the bigger pedal they are cloning.
Really rare to find these days.
