Here an early Yamaha SG-85, a single cutaway SG model before Carlos Santana got involved with Yamaha. It’s a cool guitar with a plain, and slab like body, made of Mahogany, with a set neck, again made from Mahogany with an ebony fingerboard. It’s serial number is embossed in the fretboard. Simple chevron shaped first markers and a bound fretboard. 2 humbuckers and a 2 vol, 2 tone arrangement with a jack socket in the side. The electrics are accessible from the rather large cavity covered by a black plastic cover. Guitar has been used and has some marks to the body and neck but no breaks or repairs.  Guitar comes with vintage Yamaha gig bag.
