Tanglewood Rebel 4K See-Through Orange Electric Bass Guitar

Here for sale we have a Tanglewood Rebel 4K Electric Bass in a See-Through Orange finish. Made in China, this bass guitar features a Maple neck, a 24-fret Rosewood fingerboard, EMC ‘P’ and ‘J’ Style pickups and a See-through Orange gloss finish.

The scale length of this Bass is 34 inches with a nut width of 1.63 inches. We cannot find a lot of reliable information about this Bass on the internet so we have provided as much information as possible on the materials used to make this bass. The neck appears to be made out of Maple with a 24-fret Rosewood fingerboard that feels comfortable in the hand and easy to navigate even when the scale is particularly long.

The bass comes fitted with two pickups in a ‘P’ and a ‘J’ style that are controlled by the two volume knobs so that you can adjust how much of each pickup you want in the mix and whether you want it to be really bright for slapping and popping or whether you want a more subtle tone for blending into the background.

Headstock: The face of the headstock and rear show some light markings which are not significant. Finish indents are visible to the edges and some scuff marking to the top.

Neck: A couple of light indents are visible to the neck but these do not affect playability.

Body: There is visible wear to the finish on the guitar, mainly around the bottom edge of the instrument. There are light scratches visible to the front of the guitar and more visible finish indents and scratches to the rear.

The shaping is very good overall, the action cannot be lowered a significant amount without inducing fret buzz towards the last 4 frets.
