A very elegant, J-40 M with some tasteful features, Good frets no wear ready to play.CF Martin abalone inlay all in Very Good condition for over 35 years old & delivers a super rich tone. Low action with high bone bridge, right neck / body angle. Wide profile mahogany neck with nicely aged 3-ply white binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl hexagon inlays. 3-ply binding & rosewood overlay. Gold Martin tuners are in perfect working condition. Nut wide 1 11/16" and 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions fine. Solid Sitka spruce top with 8-ply binding. In the top near the bridge have two crack line in the warnish not in the wood as you see in photo but absolutely any problem now and in the future on the structure of the guitar. Ebony bridge & cream end pins with abalone dot inlays. Black pickguard; multi-ring rosette. Solid Indian rosewood sides & back with 5-ply binding. 16" lower bout width; 11 3/4" upper bout width; 5" depth.Really nice shape for being 32 years old! come with Hard Case
