Lovies guitars is offering up a gorgeous Epiphone Emperor T (Thinline) semi-hollow body electric guitar. Built at the Matsumoku Company in Matsumoto Japan, these guitars are among the rarest and most sought after post-US production Epiphones in existence. The Japanese woodworking, build quality and attention to detail in these guitars are second to none, rivaling the best from Gibson, making these guitars more expensive than the later guitars built in Korea and China. This guitar has a professionally done full re-fret, Plek and set-up completed 10/2018. The guitar has gold Schaller strap locks, Thomastik-Infeld Jazz Swing 13-53 strings and includes a Reunion Blues Continental Voyager gig bag.

 Specifications: Carved solid Spruce top with 7-ply black and cream binding, laminated Maple back and side with 3-ply binding, solid Mahogany center block, 3 piece Maple set neck, fully bound Ebony fingerboard block pearl inlays with Abalone V-shaped inserts, fully bound headstock with pearl Epiphone logo and Tree of Life inlay, gold plated tuners with engraved Epiphone logo, two gold plated Humbucker pickups, 2 volume, 2 tone control knobs, 3-way pickup switch, 6-saddle gold plated bridge, Frequensator tailpiece, antique sunburst finish, 25.5" scale, 1.75" nut width, 16.70" lower bout body width, 1.75" body depth. Noted imperfections (please look carefully at the photos): Missing Truss Rod cover, deterioration of gold plating on hardware, small nick on the upper part of neck, minor chipping of the finish next to binding close to the nut, light surface scratches in clear coat throughout the guitar. No major dings or marks. The guitar sounds absolutely incredible! It has an amazing feel and is quick to bond with! All original. Neck is the perfect size and profile.
