The MC Mix is working and all of the buttons and knobs respond and work properly. You can see some cracks in the face of the mix in the pictures and 1 of the faders motor is not working properly (more below on solutions I have found). It sometimes follows the software and sometimes doesn't. I've run diagnostics and I believe it's the motor of the fader because you can still control the software with this fader it's just when you switch channels or write automation the motor doesn't move the fader. All of the other faders work though. The screen has a dim spot above channel 4 that still displays information but is just very dim. I've been using the mix just fine with logic and have not seen any issues except that 1 fader and dim screen.
The MC Mix will turn on but does not function. The lights come on and all of the faders work properly in a diagnostic test but the screen does not come on and it won't connect to the computer. I am mainly selling this with the mix because it looks like you can take the motor/fader from the control and put it on the mix if you know how to use a soldering iron. Looks like just a couple of easy to get to connections and I am happy to show pictures of what I'm talking about.
I've also spoken a lot with Euphonix/Avid repair teams and they said you can get a fader for $25. To repair the MC Control they didn't have much to say other than they sometimes will swap out your MC Control for a perfect condition one for $600.
I am selling these items "as is". I have listed all of the issues I've found after a lot of tests and firmware updates etc. I do not accept returns but I am happy to share everything I've learned in repairing these and setting them up.
I'm also including the power cables for each unit. If you have any questions feel free to message me.
