TreeHouse Custom Drums has your solution--presenting the Compact Nesting Kit! Latches on the floor tom allow for the mounted tom to be nested inside. Stack that floor tom and the snare inside the latched bass drum, and you've got a 4-piece kit in one drum case. Throw the included tom arms in a backpack or small hardware bag with the rest of your hardware, and you're off to the gig in one trip!

The 10” mounted tom has sharp bearing edges with a thicker shell for more cut and projection while the 13" mounted floor tom has rounded bearing edges dressing a thinner shell to bring out the low-end. The bass's rounded bearing edges for bigger boom and the snare's double 45 edges for clarity round out the tone of these four drums to let them really sing!

Lightweight spring clamps (three on the mounted floor tom, four on the bass drum) securely attach the two parts of each of these drums. To be sure that they line up perfectly, the "Seam Lips" make for airtight, rattle-free assembly every time you set up!

NEW: Drums that have been built new, pictured, and put in boxes for shipping. In some instances, we make brief demo videos and sound samples of new drums, so you might find a few stickmarks. New drums come with our full manufacturer’s warranty.

NEW-DEMO: drums that have been on display on our retail floor. Folks have been allowed to test play--but not abuse, but the drums haven’t been out of the store. You might notice a few stickmarks and a smattering of 100-year-old-building dust, and you'll get the benefit of the full new warranty.

BACKLINE: drums that have been played on stage. One of TreeHouse's main ways of getting the word out is to put drums in the hands of highschool and college students on stage at jazz festivals, providing a kit for that benefit concert, or renting a kit to a touring band for an evening's show. All BACKLINE items share the facts that they've been well-maintained in house, and they come with our warranty as though they were new, excluding minor cosmetic signs of use, for less fundage than new builds.

USED: drums that have been owned by someone else in the past. Although "Used" can mean something cared-for like a newborn baby or an unplayed/returned gift all the way to barely salvageable, all USED drums share the fact that they don't come with our manufacturer's warranty.
