Lovely hand made Spanish guitar distributed by the Juan Teijeiro Music Company London
I have striped, cleaned and treated the fret board with lemon oil and polished each fret using a template.
The guitar plays easy with great warmth and balance and she has a very sweet tone coming from the mature cedar top. Even with new strings the guitar has a rich mature sound that you can't buy off the shelf.
Perfect entry level towards intermediate solid top that will be a lot more impressive that anything new under $500. The guitar compares well to my old Alhambra 3P and Cuenca 20.
A few little dings to the top, but no cracks, splits or anything more than cosmetic to note, some light varnish clouding in some areas of the back which is just caused by oxidation (light to the varnish).
*There is a tiny crack by the saddle slot to the bridge but the slot was secure and could be glued if it bothers you, I have included a close up in pic 14*
There are also a few impression to the soundboard before the bridge which ar hard to picture and one obvious little dink to the top left shoulder but as I said no cracks which is great news.
Hand shaped a bone saddle for this guitar so the sound is very warm and I love the soundboards on these, really thick and attractive Canadian red cedar
I have set up hundreds of classical guitars and always find the right balance of tone, playability and projection so you are in good hands.
The guitar will play from the box after a tune and you can enjoy for many years to come.
