For sale, my incredible Divided by 13 AMW 39.
It's from 2022, so was build by original owner and builder of Divided by 13 amplifiers Fred Taccone, before Two Rock bought the company in '24. You can see his initials and the classic "Had A Dad" (H.A.D) signature/writing in the shell, photographed.
It is most British/Marshall inspired model in the /13's catalogue of amps, and one of the few ones Two Rock guys decided to keep in the new roster, because it's simply amazing. It's a refinement on an older model (LDW) with an effects loop.
Gain-y 70s-80s Marshall tones aside (which it does brilliantly) it has one of the most beautiful clean, edge of break up tones of the many vintage and modern valve amplifiers I've tried. Chime-y, 3D, smokey, just beautiful. Takes pedals with no problem as well, so could be a great pedal platform.
This is the exact amp that Studio Rats channel reviewed. I bought it from Paul directly in April '25. So please see the Studio Rats review attached for the incredible tones this amp is capable of. Also check Fede Kajganić's and Brett Papa's reviews on YouTube as well.
It's in excellent cosmetic and functional condition. Only tolex related issues to note are the very slight separation at the top on both sides (feels very stable), and minor rash at the bottom/back/left, all photographed.
I replaced the infamous noisy fan /13s come with a quiet Noctua fan with the same air flow and pressure specs, so you can leave the fan on even in quiet studio settings with no problem.
As far as I can see, the circuit is stock with no obvious modifications on the turret board. All caps, solder joins etc look good, as expected on a 4 year old amp.
Collections welcome, but will also be packed very carefully for shipping.
Free shipping in the UK with DPD.
International shipping possible at buyer's expense, please reach out to discuss.

Official Description:
The AMW 39 offers a versatile range of tones inspired by iconic British amps from the mid-’60s to the mid-’80s, which shaped classic rock and introduced heavier, more saturated sounds. While invoking those legendary tones, the AMW 39 adds its own character with a tighter, deeper low-end, a highly flexible midrange that captures the tonal shifts of these British amps over the decades, and crisp, defined highs without sounding harsh. This balance allows the amp to effortlessly deliver everything from pristine cleans to higher-gain overdrive.
Powered by two EL34 tubes delivering a conservatively rated 39 watts, the AMW 39 ensures a robust and balanced full spectrum of tones that easily cut through any mix. Its ample headroom ensures that your cleans stay pristine, even at higher volumes, making it an ideal platform for pedals, whether stacking overdrives or running complex effects chains. Additionally, the tube-buffered effects loop ensures seamless integration of your time-based effects while maintaining the clarity and dynamics often lost with passive loops.
Overdrive is undoubtedly a standout feature that elevates the AMW 39, much like the vintage models it draws inspiration from. The same design elements that produce rich low-end clarity, smooth top-end response, and dynamic clean tones also deliver an outstanding, percussive overdriven sound that retains focus even when pushed to higher volumes. Meanwhile, the transparent master volume allows for phenomenal driven tones at moderate volumes as well.
